IN EVERYDAY LIFE
This rice has to be soaked for at least four-six hours for it to get soft. Hence, it is more suited to be incorporated in breakfast foods like porridge, idly, dosai or idiyappam than be consumed directly as rice. To benefit the maximum nutrient value, we recommend to soak overnight and cook rice in earthen pot in case of consuming as regular south Indian meals. It taste great with fish curry, vathakuzhambu etc.,
